Terms of delivery and sale

Olavi TVP Oy, 3413127-9 (www.nordicbbqstore.fi) sells products to companies and private persons in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The prices of the products include VAT.

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation indicates the ordered products and price.

Delivery

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products from stock is usually 1-2 working days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order, the delivery time is usually 2-6 working days. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the online store's checkout function before the final acceptance of the order.

 

Delivery to Finland:

Domestic orders are delivered by Posti, Postnord and Matkahuolto.

 

Delivery to other countries:

International orders are delivered by Posti.Postnord and DHL

Tracking number will be provided from carrier used for the shipment.

 

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store without delay, but in any case within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for the delivery without delay.

 

Returns

Olavi TVP Oy’s customers have a 30-day exchange and return policy.

The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and bank account number in the return for a possible refund.

The right of exchange and return does not apply to printed or otherwise customized products.

 

Order cancellation, liability for defects and complaints

Before the delivery of the order, the order can be cancelled by written notice by e-mail.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

 

Warranty/Guarantee

According to EU regulations, our products come with a two-year warranty. The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship, not to wear and tear or misuse of the product due to normal use.
